   - You agree not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without the company's prior written consent.

5. **Data Security**
   - The company will implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.
   - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. **Intellectual Property Rights**
   - The company retains all intellectual property rights in the software and tools.
   - You agree not to infringe on any intellectual property rights or use the software in a manner that violates such rights.

7. **Fees and Payment**
   - Fees for the use of the software and tools will be specified in your subscription plan or purchase agreement.
   - Payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms outlined in your agreement.

8. **Support and Maintenance**
   - The company will provide support and maintenance services as specified in your subscription plan or purchase agreement.
   - Support services may include technical assistance, updates, and upgrades to the software.

9. **Termination**
   - Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition.
   - Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and tools and return or destroy all copies in your possession.

10. **Limitation of Liability**
    - The company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software and tools.
    - The company's total liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the software and tools in the preceding 12 months.

11. **Warranties and Disclaimers**
    - The company provides the software and tools on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
    - The company does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. **Indemnification**
    - You agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the software and tools.

13. **Governing Law**
    - These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your agreement.

14. **Dispute Resolution**
    - Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as specified in your agreement.

15. **Amendments**
    - The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 
    - You will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the software and tools constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

16. **Entire Agreement**
    - These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the company regarding the use of the software and tools, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

By using the software and tools provided by the company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
